Application requirements

The personmust have been employed outside the United States for at least 1 year in the 3 years preceding the application by a firm, corporation, or other legal entity that has a qualifying relationship (such as a parent, subsidiary, or affiliate) with the U.S. petitioning employer.
The personmust be coming to the U.S. to undertake a permanent, full-time executive or managerial position.
The U.S. petitioner must have been doing business in the U.S. for at least 1 year.
